SUPERIOR HOTELS LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Superior Hotels Loyalty Program (“The Program”) is a guest loyalty reward program of Superior Hotels Kenya.

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Program. By enrolling in, accessing or using the Loyalty Program, members agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions as amended from time to time.

ELIGIBILITY

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years old and above with a valid email address. Members will be issued with a unique member account number. Membership accounts are personal, non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties.

MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT & ACCOUNT

  • Enrollment in the program is free of charge.
  • Registration may be completed through:
  • Members must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Information include:
  • Full name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Preferred hotel/Unit to redeem.
  • Each member is entitled to one Loyalty Program account.
  • Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details are up to date.
  • Superior Hotels Kenya is not responsible for benefits lost due to outdated or incorrect information.

EARNING OF REWARDS

Eligible Services
Members may earn rewards on the following services:

  • Accommodation stays
  • Spa and Wellness services
  • Food and Beverage purchases

Reward Structure:

  • Members shall earn a 5% discount on the value of eligible Food and Beverage and, Spa and Wellness services purchased for every transaction of KES 5,000 or more.
  • Members shall earn a 5% discount on the value of eligible Accommodation services purchased for every transaction of KES 10,000 or more.

PROGRAM EXCLUSIONS

  • The following do not qualify for rewards:
    • Group bookings / contracted rates
    • Complimentary stays.
    • Corporate bookings
    • Packages on promotion.
    • Third-party bookings.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time.
  • Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity relating to the Loyalty Program may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  • Superior Hotels Kenya reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership without prior notice in the event of breach of these terms and condition.

PROGRAM CHANGES

  • Superior Hotels Kenya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program or these Terms at any time.
  • Changes will be communicated through reasonable means including the website and email.
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Superior Hotels Kenya shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Loyalty Program, except as required by law.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

  • Personal data collected under the Loyalty Program will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Superior Hotels Kenya privacy policy available at  https://superiorhotelskenya.com/.
  • Member data used solely for:
    • Program administration
    • Marketing communication.
  • By enrolling in the Program, members consent to receiving program-related communications.
